I think that's the future outcome here...(buyout/major partnership) BUT people will still meet here daily and cry and complain, even though this is the best opportunity on the OTC.

10Q does matter and you would not be saying that it the company didn't submit it in a timely manner.

The Fact that it was early must mean something special.
