Not sure Mbern. I found some article right after the judge dismissed it. Said about 4%. However, I'm sure if you keep researching other articles would tell you other figures. Hope I'm wrong. I own a substantial amount of shares and I'm sticking with HCMC. They have a lot of good stuff going on even if they don't win this case. Plus, with the SEC putting more rules into effect perhaps the corrupt hedge fund companies will stop manipulating the OTC so often.
