NP has a history of stealing, lying and failing at CYDY, all on the record events that can and should be researched despite attempts to ignore them.
The previous episodes cited are also all true and were precursors for NP’s ultimate behavior. That the behavior of personality building blocks was and is so nonchalantly ignored is utterly amazing, particularly when the telegraphed behavior that resulted from his “ troubled youth”, has IN FACT, PLAYED OUT BEFORE OUR VERY EYES.
Taken in aggregate with his CYDY record, the “seemingly innocuous” multiple run ins with the law ( 2 felonies) and personal financial failing ( BK) were significant enough to be documented in an 8K filing with the SEC.
Perhaps more attention and outrage should have been paid at the time, instead of the price being paid by CYDY SHAREHOLDERS today.

Is it too late?
And
How could one man accidentally accumulate such a poor record… incompetence or something more nefarious?
