Recent PPS action reminds me so much of waiting for SCOTUS. We were unable to keep even a few pennies gain for months and we were never able to pass mid $2's and then down to low $2's.

Now we are in low $1's unable to keep a few pennies gain and hitting new 52 week lows every week.

I am just saying be cognizant this time and do not follow the boom crowd expecting a sure win on lower court takings claim.

I can think of 10 different ways how the courts will say there's no takings and everything the GOV has done is perfectly fine.

Don't hate me for telling it as I see it. PPS never lies, folks can say boom, rocket, whatever but ultimately PPS is not based on opinions on this board. PPS depends on real actions and there is none right now and most likely any action will not be favorable for us.
