Well, apparently, Tilton/NSAV defaulted again (about 9 days ago) on another of Jake P. Noch's lawsuits so I wonder how many shares Tilton/NSAV will be giving him in the next settlement. (However, I have read something about a response is needed by Aug. 12 but dunno if that is for Tilton/NSAV or Posner or all??) But by this he/they already defaulted:
