Seamus might get caught by FINRA diluting during a period where This stock is in a transitioning mode. I believe It is a period where a company is not allowed to add new shares to the former Outstanding count, until the "D" is removed, so former stock holders may recover some assets, which is one of the main reasons a stock Reverse split is allowed.
Wouldn't that be Just to bad, Our Tennessee Senator was Correct when he went to the Media and proclaimed Seamus was using the Hospitals as a means to line his pockets with $$$$$$ and had No Interest in their Success or the community.
