A device IS a "MACHINE"! READ the definition! If a device is not a machine then it, by definition, cannot produce anything and is therefore not a device!

There does not have to be a working model to get a patent (consult a patent attorney to help with this). The Gen 1 "machine" is NOT patented!!!!! The chemistry, the chemistry. LOOK UP THE PATENTS!!
The Gen 2 is not yet anything other than nano-particles looking for something on which they might be deposited and somehow work. Gen 2 does NOT exist in anything other than thought! Gen 2 comes about because it is NOT Gen 1, which is abandoned and does not work, cannot produce a farts worth of hydrogen and can NEVER be commercialized. GEN 2 is NOT GEN 1! Gen 1 is DEAD! HYSR has already reported this to the SEC!

What does arithmetic have to do with Gen 1's non-relationship to Gen 2 since they function quite differently? If there is arithmetic as you claim, prove it and show your work! Otherwise it is just more nonsense!
