The preferred shareholders, mainly Justin Dye, hold all the cards on a buyout price... I can't see him even entertaining any bidders for $SHWZ until over $10 would come into play...

But I'd like to see $SHWZ continue to be the acquirer and build a very large company with a $20 stock price... Then.... let the bidding begin after that!
