and a part of me seriously wonders if its ALL KNEW programs

I pay R E Property Tax on each property

I pay monthly water/sewer on each property

Seems that the county and city were 75% there -- and dropped the ball

but again - imagine a DEM doing it all from the FEDERAL LEVEL

Here's a cold hard fact...if goverment was really, really serious, they could have just allowed landlords to write that unpaid rent off 100% from their taxes. Put the money in the treasury to fund that write off. And also add it as income to those who did not pay so they would at least be dingged for the taxes.

They had no intention of helping the landlords. That is why it's a cluster fuk.
