Let alone, DOJ related to securities never go back only 4,5,6 months, etc..

There are some comparisons, but a vast differences of the 2 companies.

Cytodyn could have clearly said they are cooperating with an investigation related to outside activity, that may or may not, had a negative impact on it's stock, corporate image, etc..

They didn't say that.
