Bobinsd, if you owned Biosante Pharmaceuticals in June 2013 when Biosante merged with Ani Pharmaceuticals, the CVR's were issued. They were initially registered as a book entry (no certificates issued). However, in 2015 they started appearing in investor's trading account.
