Did ENZC file Q1 on time? That would make them PINK CURRENT! UNVC hasn't filed anything on time. Trust me...hope it happens soon and UNVC takes off. Being a realist!

Because they have not filed Q2 yet.
Your example filed Q1 before the end of Q2. UNVC did not so UNVC needs Q2 as well.
