If facts of NP’s failures, lies and stealing do not align to make a case for dismissal, the requested exercise is futile. If not for NP’s actions, there would be no 13D.
I have been opposed to NP long before most folks even knew the definition of a 13 D. I am not here to make their case, as I have no inside knowledge of their plan.
In fact a part of me (but a very small part) would like to see Noddor stay. My remaining shares are free and clear and there is something mystical about watching blind loyalty to an incompetent fool and to witness the actual surprise and shock when the train wrecks at the end of the story. The dropped jaws and sighs of “what happened “:???, after being Noddered for the last time has some strangely compelling intrigue.
For the most part I would like to see if the science of LL is real for both personal and financial reasons. The record is clear and Noddor does not possess the skill sets or character to get the job done.
Doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different outcome is nonsensical, and some say “ the very definition of insanity”. I am likewise in that camp. The lying to and stealing from shareholders is flat out inexcusable and intolerable to me and my business ethics. That NP was not fired after unjust enrichment and lying about revenue from Philippines next week, as well as other Shenanigans, is inexplicable and something for which, SK and BOD may ultimately have to answer. To folks with different ethical standards…be careful what you wish for… you make wind up keeping NP.
