I think when it comes to sentencing, the games he is playing will work against him. Just dleaying the inevitable and kicking the can down tehroad as far as he can. Which to be fair makes sense given the likelihood that he will likely die in jail like Bernie Madoff once the dust finaly settles. That must weigh pyscholohically, along with the mental effort of trying everything possible to avoid the inevitable. The terms of the bail will make his current situation quite awhward too as he is precluded from travelling far or divesting large sums. His many victims should take some consolation from the knowledge that he is in a deeply unenviable position that is only going to get worse.
