What he actually said was that they had lots of questions because he tried to work the name change in at the same time as the filings. A mistake, which he admitted. He reversed the name change request to satisfy those working on the approval of the filings.
Nothing mysterious there, he just tried to do two things at the same time, and it confused them, so he backed it out.

SB filed what was handed over from the securities lawyer back in April.

There were missing financials from the getgo which SB had been tediously trying to hammer out with auditors and FINRA week after week.

In the interest of time and deadlines, the decision was made to go the alternative reporting route through OTCMs alternative disclosure service. SB has always had at least those requirements. In order to go the alternative reporting route, he had to retract his name change request with FINRA.

Per the CC, the alternative reporting requirements will be published on OTCM next week.
