Your Welcome. There were some key items that jumped out for me.
First was the introduction. Here it is word for word.

"Solar Integrated Roofing is an integrated single source platform for solar based roofing installation."
For those that have followed for a while can see it is a change or modification that is different.
I am really curious about this messaging and how this may be the go to market sell for institutional investors.
Further evidence of this probably will present itself during the Roofcon event where the opportunity to 'sign up' roofers onto the 'platform' with no additional cost to SIRC.
My thought is the most important item in a company is to own and book the sale. Getting it completed by using the resources and relationships with the least amount of tied up capital and risk exposure is a win.

Then a couple of other items of interest.

US solar, 77 Sales Teams, 36 Install teams
"Start 'Really' focusing on the EV side"

There are some good follow up questions to ask on the next investor forum to flesh out more details.

I agree with Peter this was a short and solid interview. Very pumped about finally getting audit done and QB so we can now be investable to more institutions. We currently have 2 but their ownership amount is just a small token.

Definitely the best one that I've seen in my admittedly limited exposure to him, and he's built a lot of confidence within me with his renewed focus on the several asterisks of the company. He seems to be listening to shareholder concerns, while also getting better and better as a communicator.

This is a great trend, and I'll be accumulating more Monday off the back of it.

Still worried about all of the convertible instruments. These need to be cleaned up before the year end as new rules go into effect about how exactly you can account.for things like this in your balance sheet. The simpler the better.
