He's had the codes to upload to OTC market if he loaded them they show up within a day.

Folks it is the difference of filing as a "reporting company" vs a "non-reporting company".

SB originally filed as a "reporting company", which INCLUDED all that was required to file through OTCMs alternative disclosure services.

He filed what was handed over to him from the securities lawyer when he took over the HPIL ticker.

As it turns out, and per SBs CC comments today, there were too many obstacles surfacing by staying on the "reporting" route due to missing financials way back from 2016. FINRA questions incoming week after week.

The fastest solution given upcoming deadlines was to just retract the name change filing and take the alternative disclosure route with OTCM to quickly get current.

So at least 2 annuals plus interim quarters will be published on OTCM next week.
