Nah I remember they said they were in the process of retiring an additional 220,000,000 so they would only file an amendment with the Secretary of State when and only when it’s Completed , but the transfer agent would make that change on OTC Markets automatically because the transfer agent and only the transfer agent can cancel and retire shares. That’s when it’s official.
