No, just eliminate shorting in the OTC since the companies don't have much info posted in the first place its easy for shorts to make up whatever fear crap they want because nobody steps in to disprove their crap being spewed.
~ "The OTC system is broken"... Yes it is, I agree and it has done nothing but get worse. A change is badly needed and has to happen. Just can't continue to function this way.
