Haven't been around much lately. Too busy with my house and other projects, that were much over due... building out my new office has been fun. Almost finished, been taking my time. And had to finish wifey stuff too... lol

Put in a pool for the grandkids, new AC, floors, no more carpet crap... etc... Lot's going on...

Working on investor certification exams and getting inc...
Now I need a vacation.
