Did you watch the video of the CEO of Core Group who is also the new CEO of ARAT (part of the buyer's team) saying they are going public? I think it's pretty clear.

I started to watch the vid yesterday but got busy, need to watch it to the end. Took a starter position yesterday. But if it was so totally clear what they will bring in, how come the stock was so weak lately? Fair question right.
