I spoke to IR about this a few weeks ago. It’s not currently available for compassionate use but there have been a few inquiries. They’ve tried to honor the few compassionate use requests but a lot of red tape on the hospital side.

They are considering opening up compassionate use at former trial sites since those hospitals know how to store and administer lenz.
