There must be more fear in losing billions of shareholder money, than greed in doing well for penny stock shareholders.

JH won't lose a penny of his own money in this. Probably added a ton to his personal accounts.

Cozen O'Connor can now upgrade the office furniture and artwork....in ALL of their offices.

As per usual, little guy loses.

Lucy, what are your thoughts if the Judge dismisses the case, HCMC Could appeal the decision to grant the motion to dismiss correct? Even if he dismisses with prejudice. An appeals court could overrule it and say that the pleading was sufficient, assuming the appeals court liberally interprets te rules and says notice pleading was enough.... we get to the heart of the case in discovery....
