If you pay full attention to the CCs you would know that there are other Crank shareholders involved other than SB, at least partly the reason for the LOI. And i would imagine they want full compliance before the asset transfer is executed.

Sure seems like it will go through too... the Virtual and Gaming links have already been removed from the Crank website.
