I can understand that perspective. But, the WOGI/MONI link will not be broken until there is a "This is MONI and nothing but MONI (no matter the search engine) site".
I personally am not overly concerned (a little, but not overly) about the aspect of the current situation.
Solid information; even if only on an interim basis and as a stop gap action; would be welcome by many.

The company took time to directly point out the OTC delay in the press release. There are many things that are predicated on the OTC being up to date. For example if the website launches having the new address of the company and the otc still has the old phone number , address and two CEO's still listed that would look far more unprofessional than waiting. They are doing the right thing people are pointing out missed periods for goodness sake. The company is at the mercy of external systems in many different venues. From press release companies to the OTC. One launch when all systems agree. NO damn redirects causing more confusion. Just one move. After that we will see an official marketing campaign imo. Till then... silence. Imo
