ADTM has always been a fully reporting company with the SEC, and since the haven't filed a form 15-12G, I'm assuming they will still file with the SEC, when/if they file.

Filing with the SEC is not the same process as filing with OTCM. I can't seem to find just how long it takes to show them being current after filing with the SEC, but I've heard it's a quicker process than filing with OTCM.

Nobody knows what's going to happen here, unless they have inside information and I've chose to ride this out and see what happens. ??
