The expert market is not happening. The SEC put out a memo the other day saying they are not going to address the expert market before the deadline so any stock not limited or current by then just gets essentially delisted.
(Such as ADTM)

You cannot buy/sell because there will be no quote for anyone.

I repeat there will be NO EXPERT market. If you get caught in a stock that is not limited or current....its worth $0 come Sept 28.
