Can you post the last 10k filed? And I do realize they could file it on the day before and be current, but they would have to file for 5 or 10 years, yeah? Its not that I care, more so intrigued on how people aren't willing to give up on something and lose so much money. All I see in 2015 are a 10Qs and 8k,s, no annual report, 10k.
