the answer of that is easy, they want to be uplist to nasdaq 90 day after the merger so if they merge 1 a the time it gonna go up and a few day later back down again,it better do a big BANG! and then annonce the uplisting to nasdaq so people wont be selling on the merger new, they gonna hold for longer gain and during that time they still gonna be announcing more acquisition so it will maintain it price
