Yeah they always did better on complete bullshit deals than actual deals...highest it ever got was based on Niger Truck Deal...Remember all those biggies that never panned out? lol $500 Million Niger Truck Deal, $80 Million Solar Project, $245 Million Ghana Rail system, $15 Million military truck deal etc etc...
