Rossi does not control the dumps any more than he controls the pumps.

You must time your buys at a low price to sell higher...

That's your job. Not Rossi's.

Rossi had no control last year when Tymothy Sykes pumped and dumped.

Sykes knew he could pump and dump WKSP because Rossi was not going to dilute the very low share structure.

As a long term hold this looks good.

Rossi kept his word to not dilute into oblivion and get on NASDAQ.
