Those shares would be restricted (6 months min), and the share price would be based on the 6 month moving average started a few days ago or later this month on the close of the deal.

Obviously BWMG management sees value in buying the firm.

Until the deal closes, if it closes, it is just a plan to buy...

I would like to know what all they are buying?

Does it create a larger place and staff for expanding NEMO, Nautilus etc production capacity?

I'd like to interview management and get few hundred peeps on a public conference call if the can do one after the 10-Q?

I could bring one hell of a possible buyers audience.
