The OTC is absolutely backlogged. That has been confirmed by numerous people who have contacted them, including CEO's of other companies

Maybe those companies aren't 5 years, 20 filings, late...

I’ve read, though not verified, that the otc is going in order of credible business model as they perceive them, if someone could verify that as well as SB stating he filed on time in a cc, so if that is true and they incorrectly conclude not to process these documents by August 13th simply because they personally disagree with SB’s business model or the shareholders list they illegal obtained then that would be a criminal scandal and par for the course, unless they know something so negative and are actually correct to conclude that, or unless SB didn’t file the paperwork on time, if the filings don’t appear today more people will begin looking into possible criminality into all relevant parties in this process and you never know what they might find, all imo
