But my understanding as to the new changes that I read in the documents is that the OTC is actually in the process of negotiating with the SEC as to allowing specific brokers and firms to still be allowed to buy these tickers. Larger and higher powered firms. No formal agreement has been made but it is in the works. But just double check that in case I misread it but I believe that is what I read. I will check it again.
