I sure hope it's more, but with the trend they are going. It looks to be up under $450k.

Im going with less than 1st qrt. Less than $395k for 2nd qrt. Thye haven't done and shown anything to make me think otherwise. IMO

I think $400k is the ceiling with $300-350k the actual
