I don't know. I'm sure he scans all the otc sub pennies and analyzes the charts via Elliot Wave Theory. I'm not saying that's the only thing he looks at but that's what he touts as the basis of his price targets, not necessarily which stocks he picks. I have followed him for a very long time. Thats all I have to go off of.
