Then the otc has no excuse after today, August 5 is 36 days after the otc requested documents. The entire economy depends on getting these businesses pink, going and innovating imo.

All OTC really does is see that they are there and move on. They don't check each filing.
How do I know, I called and asked. Not much is really reviewed. Certainly not the financials. Sometimes wording needs to be changed but that's it. Or maybe some type of information is left out that has to be filled in.

Oh dang, He didn't actually get it in until April 14. OUCH. Pretty sure he doesn't have a computer or maybe he doesn't know how to file docs online. I must admit I am confused with the April 21 dates since the stamp is April 14.
