If the company is fortunate enough to get good CP2 results, and some sort of key events were to follow, wouldn’t any subsequent valid offers have to be announced and ultimately put to a shareholder vote? I don’t think a ceo of a public company can say yes or no to a significant financial event tendered to the company, unless he/she owns over 50%, correct? Who knows, maybe otc land has a different set of rules!

My hopes are much greater than yours. I would like to see a 10/1 tax free exchange with REGN which would allow folks to sell some or all of their positions, punish the criminals and generate a nice return as a reward for their loyalty. Modernaa presents another possibility. The science will prevail. Go IPIX!!!
