Are you certain about this? I am in a few OTC stocks that just became Pink Current. Both have gaps in their financials. One skips from 2015 to Jan 2020, then quarterly since. Perhaps there are reasons and exceptions and I, not being a GAAP accountant, don't know them. I'm sure someone will educate me.

I really think that OTC is slammed and no one (even people that supposedly have connections) is getting their filings through.
