I have no clue as to people/warrants other than the present crew meaning since the NEO payout. Now if the stock price must kiss at least 20 cent per shares it must do so for 30 "calendar" days and of course same with 30 cents for 30 calendar days. So from my checking since 1/1/2019 this stock never maintained 30 consecutive days at 20 cent to state the least.

I am curious about possible "existing" warrants that belong to past officers?
