Trader, your opinion of this company is your own. However I am assuming, possibly incorrectly, that you arrived at the description of "pump and dump " based on fact. Can you please provide information showing insiders have manipulated this stock? VERIFIABLE information that dilution has occurred, contrary to share reductions which are easily verifiable?
Form 4's maybe? Insiders acquiring shares, selling shares, PR's that are not factual, whether forward looking or as a matter of record? Can you please prove verifiable information to support your claim?
