The heart of Mo Brooks' argument is that, when he spoke at Trump's rally on Jan. 6, he was acting within the scope of his employment and therefore has immunity from Swalwell's lawsuit.

You may recall DOJ has taken an opposite view.

Well hell most men have been faithful to their wives.

Time to depose his wife and ask her if she thinks Mo is stupid.

And BTW my son has never been divorced either but I don't know what that has to do with the price of eggs.
