Respectfully sir I don't buy it being El Cheapo... Is just an excuse. If you have a 2020 MBZ for example obviously having it shows that you got money and thus being cheap to maintain it does not make any sense to me.


Surely (and especially its been confirmed here that NPHC has money) he can afford to pay extra to get us current and get the CE out of there...


If he isn't willing to pay the extra money in a critical and dyer situation like this ,... being possibly delisted to the Grays and already people can't buy your shares.... When does the URGENCY PART KICK IN ??!!!




I think he may be up to no good sir...Until proven otherwise..


Think of it this way... If he take it the Greys

- There will be no financials needed to be files... Not required (right
up his ally)

- There will be no SEC rules there (they will be off his back)


- He can do an RS to H*ll and wipe out all shareholders values and then

Start a new..




I am thinking the above is waaaay too tempting for a guy like him,
right?




Then later he can up list to the OTC market again later to Rinse & repeat.... Ask yourself this... how hard or easy this will be for HIM..
