That 500 feet was in reference to the Nanushuk formation which is analogue to the Willow discovery.

The update at Umiat references the Grandstand sands ( Umiat reservoir unit). We don't know how thick that was or if it was the Upper or Lower Grandstand sands.

This should be researched further to determine if Merlin - 1 is the nexus of the Grandstand and Nanushuk reservoirs.

If it is, then Project Peregrine would definitely be attractive to the the likes of COP.
