None the less, NSAV made a big thing about their no reverse split clause. If they went against that, everyone holding shares would feel screwed. It would be the dumbest of dumb things to do. There are a lot of things companies can do to ruin their companies and stocks. Nothing prevents them. Smart CEO's and companies don't do any of them. They build value. I firmly believe SBC and whoever is the new CEO, will do that and take us to dollars per share. Any talk of doing something colossally dumb is not going to happen. Not by SBC. These guys are pros and geniuses, not scrubs and criminals.IMO
