The response I posted on that whack job.. a couple of things that the author failed to address is the float [700 million] and debt Curaleaf is carrying .
I live in Florida. Tallahassee to be exact. I'm a brick and motor investor.. 2 days ago I drove aroun like I usually do . What am I doing you might ask? .. counting cars in parking lots of competing dispensaries . Curaleaf had 3.. I went by Trulieve. The lot was packed.. After finally finding a parking space I went in without an appointment.. The lobby was packed.. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and placed on a list... It took 45 minutes before I was escorted back to the sales room after getting a text. I choose to wait in my car., Wonderful experience.. I came home and bought 250 more shares. You can read all the opinions you want on what may or may not happen in Florida.. But you cant argue with actually observing what's going on in parking lots.. This article is a hack job.. Something I believe will become evident in a couple of weeks.
On a side note, I bought bought Dollar General with my parking lot investing tool 2 months ago.. Check the chart...
