Charts do work well, the call to 7's/8's was spot on. I bet today's news was "emergency driven" PPS was tanking, they tried to save the day with this "news".

I bet a R/S will be needed eventually, regardless of who promised what about no R/S....My take. Will be flipping here and there, not holding for "years"....Promo driven here or waht!
