I just went into level 2 and it showed over 600,000 shares on the ask at .0667 by OTC other. I flipped to the chart for a few seconds and went back to level 2 and that huge ask was gone. Now just 10,000 at .0787

WTF? What are the odds of that happening? Yes I’m being paranoid but can the MM’s see when you’re looking at the level 2?
