I believe Charles Schwab will be even more strict once everything is completed in the transfer. I think the reins get pulled tighter when it comes to general issues with each acquisition into a bigger company :-(

Etrade is fine with HPIL. I did receive a notice that when the SEC rule goes into effect, there will be no trading on pink stop/yield.
