NSAV/Tilton (and Posner?) just lost another lawsuit to Jake P. Noch (again by default) 3 days ago. Details, hopefully, soon to follow.

There's a reason that Tilton/NSAV doesn't respond to lawsuits. (Hmm, perhaps because Tilton doesn't want anyone to see the NSAV records? If so they most certainly don't want to tangle with George Sharp). Well, why else doesn't he respond to lawsuits and then choose to settle afterwards? Have a better idea?

But, on a positive note, many are certainly looking forward to the Aug. 9th "Crypto Exchange Launch". And, frankly, if it was Tilton alone (NSAV 1.0) I wouldn't believe it. But NSAV 2.0 (Tilton with others on the "Board of Directors") it might just happen and the pps will pop even more than it has already. Maybe. :-)
